Restorative Dentistry
Sealants : To prevent decay we seal the biting surface of the back teeth with a liquid material that fills the tooth so that bacteria cannot access the groove system.

Aesthetic restorations:
Fillings: To replace dental tissue destroyed by tooth decay with material the same colour as the tooth, we place composite material which is then bonded to the tooth.

Inlays: In the dental laboratory, the technician creates a precisely fitting gold or tooth colored filling based on an impression taken by the dentist . If we are unable to replace the missing tooth material properly with a filling, an inlay is needed.
Inlays can be either:
gold
Advantage: No allergic reaction, ensuring that the inlay will last a long time and be comfortable when you chew
Disadvantage: Not the same colour as the tooth
porcelain
Advantage: Aesthetically perfect
Disadvantage: Not always possible
composite

Root canal:
Performed to treat dead or infected parts of the tooth. As part of the treatment, we remove the infected part of the tooth, disinfect the root canal, and then hermetically seal it.
